Recognitions for IISER TVM Faculty members

The new year has already brought in multiple accolades and recognitions for IISER TVM faculty members. Three such recognitions that happened in the first three days of 2026 are the following:

1. Prof. Hema Somanathan, School of Biology, has been inducted as a fellow of the Indian Academy of Sciences (Bangalore)
2. Prof. K. M. Sureshan, School of Chemistry, has been awarded the National Prize for Research in Supramolecular Chemistry for his impactful and innovative research in supramolecular chemistry by the C N R Rao Education Foundation.
3. Dr. Ashutosh Pandey, School of Earth, Environmental and Sustainability Sciences, has been selected as an Associate of the Indian Academy of Sciences.
